Gaithersburg                                     2323

Being part of a tract of land called "Crabbs Fortress", etc., as de-
scribed in a conveyance from Adrian H. Dubach to William Lawson
King by deed dated October 8, 1946 and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Montgomery County, Maryland in Liber 1041 at Folio 401;
(also above reference includes all of Gaithersburg Junior High School
property as described in Equity Case #7813) and being more particularly
described as follows:

Beginning for the same at a pipe found at the Northeast corner
of the W.W. Reed Tract as recorded in Liber 792 at Folio 319, said
point being at the Northeast corner of the present Corporate limits of
the City of Gaithersburg, Maryland and running thence with the present
Corporate limits thereof and a part of the 17th line of a conveyance
to W. Lawson King by deed recorded in Liber 1041 at Folio 401 among
the Land Records of Montgomery County, Maryland.

1.    S 18°33'36" W 1390.34 feet to the Northwest corner of the
Board of Education Junior High School Tract as acquired in Law Case
#7813 among the Equity Court Records of Montgomery County, thence
still with the present Corporate limits of Gaithersburg and the boundaries
of said Junior High School Tract

2.    S. 18°33'36" W 770.00 feet, thence

3.    S 60°02'21" E 1551.00 feet, thence

4.    S 40°02'21" E 61.87 feet, thence

5.    S 43°13'34" W 59.60 feet to the north right of way line of
Maryland Route #124, thence leaving the Corporate boundary line of said
City and running with the north right of way line of Maryland Route
#124 the following 7 courses

6.    S 49°45'56" E 568.29 feet, thence

7.    440.45 feet along the arc of a curve to the left with a radius
of 1415.10 feet chord S 58°40'56" E 438.67 feet, thence

8.    S 67°35'56" E 700.95 feet, thence

9.    164.55 feet along the arc of a curve to the left with a radius
of 553.51 feet, chord S 76°06'56" E 163.95 feet, thence

10.    103.59 feet along the arc of a curve to the left with a radius
of 98.28 feet, chord N 65°10'24" E 98.86 feet, thence

11.    N 34°58'44" E 138.68 feet, thence

12.    N 30°48'04" E 86.56 feet, thence leaving the right of way line
of Maryland Route #124 and running with the outlines of the aforesaid
W. Lawson King Tract

13.    N 67°21'26" W 157.38 feet, thence

14.    N 10°03'34" E 2437.55 feet, to a stone found, thence

15.    N 56°28'27" W 935.41 feet to a stone found, thence

16.    N 08°10'26" E 644.07 feet, thence

17.    N 46°56'16" W 1157.96 feet to a pipe found, thence

18.    S 45°53'35" W 1158.23 feet to a stone found, thence

19.    S 18°33'36" W 375.34 feet to the place of beginning containing
234.2206 Acres of land.
