sections of the Charter of the Town of Brentwood, Maryland, which are
inconsistent with the above enacted section, be and the same are hereby
repealed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED and ORDAINED by the
Mayor and Town Council of Brentwood, Maryland, that the aforegoing
proposed amendment shall be posted in the Town Hall for a period of at
least forty (40) days following its adoption, and shall further be pub-
lished in the Prince George's Post once in each of four successive weeks
before the 5th day of March, 1969.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED and ORDAINED by the
Mayor and Town Council of Brentwood, Maryland, that the proposed
amendment will become and be considered a part of the Municipal Charter
of the Town of Brentwood on the 15th day of March, 1969, unless a peti-
tion is filed pursuant to Article 23(a), Section 13, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, 1957 Edition as amended, said petition to be filed on or
before the 5th day of March, 1969.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED and ORDAINED by the
Mayor and Town Council of Brentwood, Maryland, that the aforegoing
Resolution and Ordinance be and the same is hereby adopted this 24th
day of January, 1969, by the Mayor and Town Council of Brentwood,
Maryland.

Resolution of February 11, 1969
A Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Brunswick adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution of
Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume), title "Corporations—Munic-
ipal", subtitle "Home Rule," to amend the Charter of The Mayor
and Council of Brunswick by adding new Section 16-10 to the Code
of Public Local Laws of Frederick County (1968 Edition), to follow
immediately after Section 16-9 thereof setting forth the borrowing
power of The Mayor and Council of Brunswick; describing the tenor
of municipal obligations thereunder and the sources of payment with
regard thereto; (providing that the bonds or notes may be sold at
private sale; and relating generally to the issue and sale of general
obligation bonds, bond anticipation notes and tax anticipation notes
by The Mayor and Council of Brunswick.
Whereas, the Mayor and Council of Brunswick passed a Resolution
at its regular meeting held on December 10, 1968, to amend the municipal
Charter by adding a new Section 16-10 to said Charter as contained in
