125.    License upon special examination.

Applicants of conceded eminence and authority in the profession
from other jurisdictions may be licensed by the Board upon special
examination provided such applicants have the qualifications re-
quired for examination in this State and have practiced medicine
for ten years.

126.    Temporary Permit to practice medicine.

A temporary permit to practice medicine, without examination,
may be issued by the Board to a qualified physician for the purpose
of post-graduate teaching. Such permits may be issued for the
period of one year only.

127.    Examination of medical students.

Medical students of those medical schools accredited by the Asso-
ciation of American Medical Colleges or the Council on Medical
Education of the American Medical Association may apply for
examination upon the following:

(1)   Verified completion of the second year of study in such sub-
jects as the Board deems proper; or

(2)   Verified completion of a complete course of medical study.

128.    Registration.

(a)  Physicians licensed to practice medicine and surgery in the
State of Maryland shall register with the Board. The registration
shall be a permanent record of the Board entitled "Registry of
Physicians."

(b)   The Registry shall be a public record and be evidence to the
same extent as are Land Records as provided in Article 35, Section
40 of this Code.

(c)   The Board shall provide for re-registration not less than
every second year.

129.    Advertising.

No physician shall advertise except as provided by regulations of
the Board.

130.    Discipline of physicians.

(a) Commission on Medical Discipline established as part of the
Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; membership.
The
Commission on Medical Discipline of Maryland is hereby established
as part of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. It shall
be hereafter referred to in this section as the Commission and shall
consist of the following persons:

The president of the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of the
State of Maryland.

Two practicing physicians appointed by the Secretary of Health
and Mental Hygiene, selected from a list submitted by the Medical
and Chirurgical Faculty of the State of Maryland, such list having
