facilities and merit system personnel of said Department, shall be
taken over by The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission on the effective date of this act; and all title and in-
terest in such recreation property, both real and personal shall vest
in the Commission.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That Section 62-1 through
62-12, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County (1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement, being Article 17 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Prince George's
County," subtitle "Recreation Department," as these sections were
last amended by Chapter 299 of the Acts of 1966, be, and are hereby
repealed.
Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 177A
of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Unsatisfied Claim
and Judgment Fund," to allow any final order, decree or judgment
of any court to be appealed to the appropriate court and to the
Court of Appeals in the manner provided by law and rule of court.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 177A of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1967 Replacement Volume), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle
"Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund," be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
177 A.
Any final order, decree or judgment of any court rendered pur-
suant to (Sections 150 through 175 of) this Article which debars a
claimant from further proceeding against the Unsatisfied Claim
and Judgment Fund or denies the claim or which awards or allows
a claimant less than what the claimant believes he is entitled to,
and any (such) final order, decree or judgment of any court by which
the uninsured or the Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund or Board
or any other party is aggrieved shall be appealable to the appro-
priate court including but not limited to the Court of Appeals in
the manner provided by law and rule of court.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.
