(D), (E-I), (E-II), (F-I), (F-II), (F-III), (G-I), (G-II), (G-III),
(I), (J) SHALL BE THE DEFINITIONS AND STANDARDS OF
THE SECRETARY UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE SECRETARY,
AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 192, SHALL HAVE AMENDED
SUCH DEFINITIONS AND STANDARDS.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

CHAPTER 726
(House Bill 177)
AN ACT to add new Section 123A to Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1969 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punish-
ments," subtitle "Crimes and Punishments," to follow immediately
after Section 123 thereof, to prohibit certain unlawful conduct in
or about certain schools, colleges, or universities within this State
and providing penalties for violations thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 123A be and it is hereby added to Article 27 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Supplement), title "Crimes and
Punishments," subtitle "Crimes and Punishments," to follow immedi-
ately after Section 123 thereof, and to read as follows:
123A.
(a) No person shall willfully disturb, or otherwise interfere
with or prevent the orderly conduct of the activities, administration,
or classes of any public school, or any college or university within
this State.
(b) No person shall disturb or otherwise interfere with or pre-
vent the orderly conduct of the activities, administration or classes
of any public school or any college or university within this State,
annoy, disturb, taunt, assault, or molest any student, employee,
administrator; agent or any other person lawfully in a building of
or on or about the grounds of, in the immediate vicinity of said
public school or said college or university.
(c) Any person violating the prohibitions of this section shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor; and upon conviction thereof,
shall be fined not more than $1,000.00, or imprisoned for not more
than six months, or both in the discretion of the court.
A) NO PERSON SHALL WILLFULLY DISTURB OR
OTHERWISE WILLFULLY PREVENT THE ORDERLY CON-
DUCT OF THE ACTIVITIES, ADMINISTRATION OR CLASSES
OF ANY SCHOOL, COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY WITHIN THIS
STATE.
B) NO PERSON SHALL MOLEST OR THREATEN WITH
BODILY HARM ANY STUDENT, EMPLOYEE, ADMINISTRA-
TOR, AGENT OR ANY OTHER PERSON LAWFULLY IN A
