"Frederick County," subtitle "Elections," to follow immediately-
after Sections 7-1, 7-20 and 7-23, respectively, said new sections
changing the boundaries of Frederick Election District No. 2,
Tuscarora Election district No. 21 and Braddock Election Dis-
trict No. 24 of Frederick County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 7-2, 7-21 and 7-24 be and they are hereby added to
Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1959
Edition), title "Frederick County," subtitle "Elections," to follow
immediately after Sections 7-1, 7-20 and 7-23, respectively, and to
read as follows:

7-2 Election District—Frederick

Beginning at Stone No. 1, standing on the northern side of West
Seventh Street, said stone being on the northerly extension of a line
10.0 feet westerly of the easternmost side of Military Road and run-
ning thence on bearing based on the coordinate system established
by the Bureau of Controls and Surveys of the State of Maryland,
(1) South 44 degrees 01'06" West, 2,984.06 feet to Stone No. 2,
said Stone No. 2 being on the southerly extension of said line 10.0
feet westwardly of easternmost side of Military Road and 5.35 feet
northward, measured at right angles from the centerline of the old
H. & F. Railway along Rosemont Avenue, formerly called West
Fourth Street; thence (2) North 24 degrees 41'54" West, 1197.25
feet to Stone No. 3 standing on the northernmost side of the old
H. & F. Railway, 5.35 feet measured at right angles from the center-
line of said railway and being also 78.1 feet, measured along said
railway, southeasterly from the centerline of the main entrance
driveway to the County Home known as Montevue; thence along the
eastern side of West Fourth Street five courses and distances (3)
North 24 degrees 41'—54" West 1468.81 feet to point No. W4; thence
(4) North 20 degrees 18'—33" West 849.21 feet to point No. W5
opposite and 40 feet from center line station 71+51.45 on State
Roads Commission Right of Way Plat 17054; thence by a curve to
the right with radius equal to 1356.81 feet for a curved distance
equal to 1170.88 feet and subtended by a chord bearing (5) North 4
degrees 24'—47" East 1134.89 feet to point No. W6; thence North
29 degrees 08'—07" East 491.65 feet to point No. W7 opposite 40
feet from center line station 54+54.40 on the State Roads Commission
Right of Way Plat 17052; thence by a curve to the left with
radius equal to 4623.66 feet for a curved distance equal to 2378.28
feet and subtended by a chord bearing (7) North 14 degrees
23'—58.5" East 2352.15 feet to an iron pipe No. W8, at a corner
common to lots 4 and 5 on Plat No. 1 of "West Hills" recorded in
Frederick County Plat Book 3, folio 182: thence to exclude the
property on Plat No. 3A of "West Hills" recorded in Frederick
County Plat Book 5, folio 81, eight courses and distances (8) North
83 degrees 32'—43" West 855.56 feet to an iron pipe No. W9; thence
(9) North 6 degrees 27'— 17" East 200.00 feet to an iron pipe No.
W10; thence (10) North 83 degrees 32'—43" West 385.43 feet to
an iron pipe No. W11; thence (11) North 6 degrees 27'—17" East
50.00 feet to an iron pipe No. W12; thence by a curve to the left
with radius equal to 3443.66 feet for a curved distance equal to
629.94 feet and subtended by a chord bearing (12) North 12 de-
grees 09'—47" West 629.06 feet to an iron pipe No. W13; thence (13)
