(b-7) The provisions of subsection (a) of this section shall not
apply to licenses issued under Section 19(m-l) of this Article.

(d) On Sundays, during the hours of 1:00 o'clock p.m. and 9:00
o'clock p.m., prevailing time, bona fide hotels and restaurants hold-
ing a seven (7) day Class B beer, wine and liquor license under
Section 19(m) of this article shall be permitted to serve alcoholic
beverages for consumption on the premises only as a supplement to
meals and only when seated at a table (and not from a bar or bar
stools), or to conventions or such other groups as may be approved
by the board of license commissioners, in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 25(k) of this article. On Sundays, during the
hours of 1:00 o'clock p.m. and 9:00 o'clock p.m., prevailing time,
bona fide concessioners at the Ocean City Convention Hall holding
a seven (7) day Class B beer, wine and liquor license under Section
19(m-l) of this article shall be permitted to sell, barter, deliver,
give away or otherwise dispose of alcoholic beverages for consump-
tion on the premises of the convention hall if so authorized by the
Ocean City Convention Hall Commission.

(K)(l) THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS OF
WORCESTER COUNTY, WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE
OCEAN CITY CONVENTION HALL COMMISSION, MAY ISSUE
A TEMPORARY BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE, CLASS
B, TO THE REPRESENTATIVE OF ANY BONA FIDE RE-
LIGIOUS, FRATERNAL, CIVIC, WAR VETERANS, HOSPITAL
OR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION USING THE PREMISES OF
THE OCEAN CITY CONVENTION HALL. THE SAID LICENSE
SHALL AUTHORIZE THE HOLDER THEREOF TO EXERCISE
ANY OF THE PRIVILEGES CONFERRED BY THE SAID CLASS
OF LICENSE ONLY UPON SAID PREMISES AND SHALL BE
ISSUED FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED SEVEN (7) DAYS.
THE FEE FOR SAID LICENSE SHALL BE TWENTY-FIVE
DOLLARS ($25.00).
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby de-
clared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immedi-
ate preservation of the public health and safety and having been
passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the
members elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly,
the same shall take effect from the date of its passage.
