sale) (clubs) beer, [beer] and light wine, or beer, wine and liquor li-
censees in Cecil County to permit the use and consumption of alcoholic
beverages between the hours of 1 o'clock p.m. and 7 o'clock p.m. on
Sunday. In Worcester County the prohibition of this section shall
not be applicable to Class B beer, wine and liquor licenses regulated
by the provisions of 106 of this article.

94.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this subtitle, it shall be
lawful in Caroline County for any Class B and C beer licensee, any
Class H beer and light wine licensee, any seven-day Class B beer,
wine and liquor licensee, and any Class C beer, wine and liquor
licensee, to sell alcoholic beverages between the hours of 12 o'clock
midnight and 2 o'clock a.m. and between 12 o'clock noon and 12
o'clock midnight on Sunday.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 67(g) of said
Article and title, subtitle "Procedure for Issue of Licenses," Sections
148(g) and 153 of said Article and title, subtitle "Boards of License
Commissioners," and Sections 159(c), 159(d), 159(e), 159(f),
159 (h), and 168 of said Article and title, subtitle "County Liquor
Control Boards and Dispensaries," be and they are hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments; that new Sections 148(b-3) and
155 (g) be and they are hereby added to said Article and title, sub-
title "Boards of License Commissioners"; and that Sections 161 (a-2),
162(c), 164(a-½), and 165(b) of said Article and title, subtitle
"County Liquor Control Boards and Dispensaries," be and they are
hereby repealed, all to read as follows:

67.

(g) If an application for a license is refused by the [liquor
control board] board of license commissioners for Caroline County
on grounds relating to the suitability of the applicant or applicants,
then no further application shall be received by the board from such
applicant or applicants, for any type of license at any premises, for
six months after the date of such refusal. If an application for a
license is refused on grounds relating to the suitability of the
premises applied for, then no further application for any type of
license for said premises shall be received by the board for one year
from the date of such refusal.

148.

(b-3) In Caroline County the members of the liquor control
board as of September 30, 1970, shall constitute the board of license

commissioners and shall serve on this board until the expiration of

their individual terms when they will be reappointed or replaced as
provided by this section. The terms of office for the members of the

Caroline County board shall be three years.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS
SECTION, IN CAROLINE COUNTY THE MEMBERS OF THE
LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD AS OF SEPTEMBER 30,1970, SHALL
CONSTITUTE THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS
AND SHALL SERVE ON THIS BOARD UNTIL THE EXPIRA-
