AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 120 (a)
of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Supple-
ment), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Motor Vehicle Financial
Responsibility," to require an operator and/or owner of a motor
vehicle to file an accident report under certain circumstances.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 120(a) of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1969 Supplement), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Motor
Vehicle Financial Responsibility," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
120.
(a) The operator and/or owner of every motor vehicle which
is in any manner involved in an accident within this State, in which
any person is killed or injured, or in which damage to the property
of any one person, including himself, in excess of one hundred dol-
lars ($100.00) is sustained, shall within fifteen days report the
matter in writing to the Department and shall file with the report
any evidence of liability insurance as required by Section 122(c) (2)
of this Article. This report shall state, in addition to all other infor-
mation required to be contained therein, the name and address of
the insurance carrier for the person making the report, the policy
number and the name and address of the local agent for the insur-
ance carrier. If such operation OPERATOR and/or owner be phys-
ically incapable of making such report, the owner of the motor ve-
hicle involved in such accident shall report the matter in writing to
the Department and shall file the evidence of insurance required
above. The operator and/or owner shall make such other additional
reports relating to such accident as the Department shall require.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Supple-
ment), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "County Liquor Con-
trol Boards and Dispensaries," to increase the compensation of the
members of liquor control board BOARDS OF HARFORD
COUNTY AND of Worcester County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
