The secretary's salary shall be paid by the County Commissioners
of Calvert County in accordance with the scale for comparable em-
ployment established by the County Commissioners of Calvert
County. [Such compensation shall not exceed six thousand five
hundred dollars ($6,500.00) annually, shall be levied annually by the
County Commissioners of the county, and shall be paid as are the
salaries of county employees.]

Nothing herein contained shall prevent two or more judges from
employing the same secretary.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, SECTION 20
(M-2) OF ARTICLE 2B OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF
MARYLAND, (1968 REPLACEMENT VOLUME), TITLE
"ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES," SUBTITLE "BEER, WINE AND
LIQUOR LICENSES," AND Section 105A of Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume), title
"Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Hours and Days for Sale," ES-
TABLISHING A NEW CLASS C SPECIAL SUNDAY BEER,
WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSES IN WICOMICO COUNTY,
AND MAKING PROVISIONS FOR THE CONDITIONS, REG-
ULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO SUCH
LICENSES, revising the times during which certain alcoholic
beverage licenses authorize the sale or disposal of alcoholic bev-
erages in Wicomico County, and placing restrictions on sales and
disposals made at certain times.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That SECTION 20(M-2) OF ARTICLE 2B OF THE ANNOTATED
CODE OF MARYLAND (1968 REPLACEMENT VOLUME),
TITLE "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES," SUBTITLE "BEER, WINE
AND LIQUOR LICENSES," AND Section 105A of Article 2B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume), title
"Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Hours and Days for Sale," be and
it is THEY ARE hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:

(M-2)

(1) IN WICOMICO COUNTY THE ANNUAL FEE FOR SUCH
A LICENSE SHALL BE $250 ANNUALLY FOR A CLUB WITH
FROM 50 TO 399 BONA FIDE, DUES-PAYING MEMBERS, $500
ANNUALLY FOR A CLUB WITH FROM 400 TO 599 SUCH MEM-
BERS, AND $750 ANNUALLY FOR A CLUB WITH 600 OR
MORE MEMBERS. PROVIDED THAT THE LICENSE FEE
SHALL BE ESTABLISHED ON THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF
