provide that Armed Forces personnel who are officially stationed
in Maryland be considered for purpose of taking game and
fresh water fish in non-tidal waters as residents of the State of
Maryland.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 112 (t) be and it is hereby added to Article 66C
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume and
1969 Supplement), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game
and Inland Water Fish," SUBHEADING "TITLE AND DEFINI-
TIONS," to follow immediately after Section 112 (s) thereof; and
that Section 219 (f) of the same Article, title and subtitle, SUB-
HEADING "GAME AND FRESH WATER FISH," be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, all to read as
follows:
112.
(t) Resident.—Whenever used in this subtitle the word, "resi-
dent" shall include all persons regularly enlisted or commissioned
as officers in the Armed Forces of the United States and officially
stationed in Maryland.
219.
(f) For the purpose of this subheading, a resident shall be a
person who has resided in this State six (6) months immediately
preceding the date of application. Provided further, all persons regu-
larly enlisted or commissioned as officers in the Armed Forces of
the United States and officially stationed in Maryland, shall be con-
sidered for the purpose of this subheading as residents of this State.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

AN ACT to add new Section 34 (d) to Article 52 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume), title "Justices of
the Peace," subtitle "Process and Practice," to follow immediately
after Section 34 (c) thereof, to provide for the service of process
in Carroll and Frederick Counties and laws relating generally
thereto.
