Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle "People's
Court," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

15-13.

(a) Subject to the provisions of Section 15-15, before any of the
following acts or services shall be performed in connection with
any action or proceeding in the People's Court, there shall be paid
to the Chief Constable of the People's Court for the use of the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore City the following fees and costs:

For filing trial costs and memorandum in actions
ex-contractu and ex-delicto—one defendant
For amended statement of claim—one defendant

For each additional defendant in original suit

For each additional party to be served with
amended statement of claim

For additional summons against defendant under
another name

For additional summons against defendant at
another address

For re-issue-—for each defendant

For service by special delivery for each defendant

or address—additional costs
For cross-suit—one defendant
For cross-suit—each additional defendant

For confessed judgment—one defendant
For each additional defendant in confessed judg-
ment

For writ of attachment on original process, trial
and judgment

For each additional garnishee on writ of original
attachment

For attachment on judgment

For each additional garnishee on writ of attach-
ment on judgment

When the amount in controversy exceeds $100
there shall be paid, in addition to the fore-
going, the sum of fifty cents for each addi-
tional $100 or fraction thereof in contro-
versy, with a maximum of $5.00 of such
additional charges.

For filing bond

For Replevin $1 to $500 including bond filing

Over $500

For Retorno Habendo including bond filing
For Capias in Withernam $1 to $500
