thereafter transmit to the Game and Inland Fish Commission all
moneys received by them for such licenses. Such monies shall be
accounted for by the said Commission to the Comptroller of the
State, and the amount so received by the Comptroller shall be placed
to the credit of a separate fund to be known as "the State Game Pro-
tection Fund," and shall be disbursed by the Comptroller from time to
time on warrants signed by the Director and countersigned by a
representative of the Commission.]

159.

(a)    The clerks of the circuit court of the counties of the State of
Maryland, upon the application of any resident of the State, or, in
the case of the exercise of riparian rights, upon the application of
a resident or non-resident owner, lessee, licensee or assignee
of the amount of shore frontage required by law, shall issue
the license required under Sections 151 and , 154,
AND 167
of this Article upon payment by the applicant of the sum of
five dollars ($5.00) and in addition to the license fee so re-
ceived, the Clerk issuing same shall collect and retain the
sum of fifty cents ($.50) in lieu of all other compensation,
as the clerk's fee. License shall be obtained from the clerk of the
circuit court of the county in which said blind or shooting site is
located opposite the shore thereof or in which said blind, boat or
gunning rig is kept or moored during the current hunting season
when not in use. In the case of resident co-ownership of a gunning
rig, the license may be issued in both names but both parties shall
sign the application.

(b)    Each applicant for offshore booby, brush or stake blind or
blind site license under Section 154, applying on or before October
10, shall certify in writing to the clerk that he is the owner of the
legal amount of shoreline as required by law and if not the owner
of the shore where the blind is to be located, shall present to the
clerk written evidence of authorization from the owner of the shore,
or his authorized agent for use of the shore front for the purpose of
erecting a blind or blind site and shall certify that the owner has the
legal amount of shoreline as required by law.

(c)    For the period October 11 to October 21, inclusive, applicant
may present to the clerk a certification that he is a shore owner, and
that he desires to erect a stake blind site for floating
rigs and body booting opposite said shore and that there
is no previously licensed blind or blind site within three hundred
(300) yards of said location. Said licenses shall be issued in rotation
as applications are received, but may be revoked by written notice
to the applicant by the Department of Gams and Inland Fish if the
certifications of the application are found to be in error.
THE DE-
PARTMENT OF GAME AND INLAND FISH SHALL UPON RE-
QUEST BY ANY OWNER OF SHORE FRONT PROPERTY, IN-
SPECT ANY SITE LICENSED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS SUBSECTION TO DETERMINE THE VALIDITY OF THE
CERTIFICATION CONTAINED IN THE APPLICATION.

(d)    For the period October 22 to November 1, inclusive, appli-
cant may present to the clerk a certification that he is a resident of
the State of Maryland, that he desires to erect a stationary blind or
stake blind site opposite the shores of the county and that there is
