that it would have passed the remaining parts of this article if it had
known that the part or parts thereof would be declared unconstitu-
tional.

§ 19-106. Omitted.

§ 19-107. Time of taking effect.

This article shall take effect from and after the 1st day of July,
1979, JANUARY, 1971, except for those provisions hereof as to which
a different effective date is specifically provided.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, THAT ANY
AND ALL OTHER LAWS ENACTED BY THE 1970 REG-
ULAR SESSION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO AMEND,
CHANGE, OR ADD TO ARTICLE 66½ OF THE ANNOTATED
CODE OF MARYLAND, AS THIS ARTICLE APPEARS IN THE
1967 REPLACEMENT VOLUME AND 1969 CUMULATIVE SUP-
PLEMENT, SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS LAWS ENACTED BY
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND SHALL PREVAIL OVER
ANYTHING INCONSISTENT THEREWITH IN THIS ACT. IT
IS THE LEGISLATIVE INTENT THAT ALL SUCH SEPARATE
ACTS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE ACCORDING TO THE LEGISLA-
TIVE INTENT IN THE ENACTMENT THEREOF. ALL SUCH
SEPARATE ACTS SHALL BE INCORPORATED INTO AND
CODIFIED WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT IF SUCH
INCORPORATION AND CODIFICATION ARE REASONABLY
POSSIBLE.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 150, 151
(recodifying, with amendments, 151A), 152, 153(a), 154 (recodi-
fying, with amendments, part of old 155), 157(a), 161, 165 (re-
codifying, with amendments, part of 164), 167 (recodifying with
amendments, old 166), 168 (recodifying, with amendments, old
167), 169 (recodifying, with amendments, old 168) and 174 of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement
Volume and 1969 Supplement), title "Natural Resources," subtitle
"Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish"; to repeal Sections 155, 159,
162 and 166, respectively, of said Article, title and subtitle and to
enact in lieu thereof, respectively, new Sections 155, 159, 162 (re-
codifying, with amendments, 162A(a) ), and 166 (recodifying old
165) to stand in the place of the Sections so repealed; and to re-
peal Sections 162A(b), 172 and 173(a) of said Article, title and
subtitle to modernize, clarify and recodify the wild waterfowl laws
of Maryland.
