(b) Any officer or employee of any school or school district who
violates any of the regulations or fails to include obligation to com-
ply with the regulations in any contract executed by him on behalf
of a school or school district shall be guilty of misconduct and subject
to removal from office or employment. Any person operating a school
bus under contract with a school or school district who fails to com-
ply with the regulations shall be guilty of breach of contract and
the contract shall be cancelled after notice of hearing by the re-
sponsible officers of the school or school district.

Sec. 15 112. Fine for abandoned motor vehicle.

Any person who abandons a motor vehicle on any public property
or on any property other than his own without the
permission of

the owner or lessee of such property is guilty of a misdemeanor, and

upon conviction thereof he shall be subject to a fine not to exceed

$200.00.

§ 16-101. Parties to a crime.

Every person who commits, attempts to commit, conspires to com-
mit, or aids or abets in the commission of, any act declared in this
article to be a crime, whether individually or in connection with
one or more other persons or as a principal, agent, or accessory, shall
be guilty of the offense, and every person who falsely, fraudulently,
forcibly, or willfully induces, causes, coerces, requires, permits, or
directs another to violate any provision of this article is likewise
guilty of the offense.

§ 16-102. Offenses by persons owning or controlling vehicles.

It is unlawful for the owner, or any other person, employing or
otherwise directing the driver of any vehicle to require or knowingly
to permit the operation of the vehicle upon a highway in any manner
contrary to law.

§ 16-103. Public officers and employeesexceptions.

The provisions of subtitles 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 applicable to
drivers of vehicles upon the highways shall apply to the drivers of
all vehicles owned or operated by the United States, this State, or
any county, city, town, district, or any other political subdivision of
the State, subject to the specific exceptions set forth in this article.
