(1)    the driver's license and the registration of any vehicles reg-
istered in the name of the 'person failing to make the report as
herein required; and

(2)    the non-resident's operating privilege of the person.

§ 10-113. Accident report forms.

(a)    The department shall prepare and upon request supply to
police departments, sheriffs, and other appropriate agencies or indi-
viduals, forms for written accident reports as required in this sub-
title and in subtitle 7, suitable with respect to the persons required
to make the reports and the purposes to be served. The written re-
ports shall call for sufficiently detailed information to disclose with
reference to a vehicle accident the cause, conditions then existing,
and the persons and vehicles involved.

(b)    Every accident report required to be made in writing shall
be made on the appropriate form approved by the department and
shall contain all the information required therein unless not avail-
able.

Subtitle 11. Rules of the Road
Part I
Obedience to and Effect of the Traffic Laws

§ 11-101. Provisions of subtitle refer to vehicles upon the high-
ways
exceptions.

The provisions of this subtitle relating to the operation of vehicles
refer exclusively to the operation of vehicles upon highways except:

(1)    Where a different place is specifically referred to in a given
section; and

(2)    The provisions of part IX of this subtitle and subtitle X 10
shall apply upon highways and elsewhere throughout the State.

§ 11-102. Required obedience to traffic laws.

It is unlawful and, unless otherwise declared in this subtitle with
respect to particular offenses, it is a misdemeanor for any person to
do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this sub-
title.

§ 11-103. Obedience to police officers and summonses.

(a) No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any
lawful order or direction of any police officer invested by law with
authority to direct, control, or regulate traffic.
