conviction against any person for either illegal procurement of a
farm truck license or illegal use of a farm truck, the department
shall revoke the registration and the right of reregistration of such
vehicle as a farm truck, for a period of one year thereafter, in addi-
tion to the fine imposed; such revocation shall be mandatory.
§ 3-807. Registration of vehicles operating within farm area.
Motor vehicles owned by farmers and registered under the provi-
sions of this article, on the payment of $1.00, may be operated on
that part of the State's highways which is adjacent to their farms.
§ 3-808. Registration fees for truck-tractors and traction engines
(Class F. Pneumatic Tires).
(a) Registration fees for truck-tractors, or traction engines, or
any other similar motor vehicles used for propelling, supporting or
drawing a trailer or semitrailer with gross weight limits for the
vehicle and load when in combination shall be as follows:

All such vehicles shall be classified as Class F vehicles, and shall be
further classified into subclasses as indicated herein.
(b) Vehicles with two or more axles may be registered in Class
FA, FB, and FC. Class FD registrations shall be limited to vehicles
with three or more axles except that vehicles with two axles may be
registered in Class FD when used in a combination of vehicles as pro-
vided for in §14-104 of this Article. Class FPF registrations are de-
fined as and shall be limited to vehicles registered in accordance with
the provisions of Sections 181 through 190 of Article 56.
(c) Class F registration fees shall not apply to farm tractors
being operated by farmers in connection with their farming opera-
tions when traveling upon the public highways or streets of this
State, on which shall be imposed in lieu thereof a flat fee of $5.00.
No charge shall be made for farm tractors if the tractor is being used
in hauling farm wagons or implements in connection with farming
operations, or for farm-tractor hauled trailers of farmers using high-
ways and not going a distance greater than five miles. The term
"farmer" as used in this subsection means any person or corpora-
tion engaged in the raising, growing, and producing of farm prod-
ucts on a farm not less than 3 acres in area, and who is not hauling
farm products previously acquired by him for resale or hauling same
for others for hire.
§ 3-809. Registration fees for trailers and semitrailers (Class G.
Pneumatic Tires).
(a) Registration fees for trailers and semitrailers shall be based
upon gross shipping chassis weight as certified by the manufac-
turer, with specifications for the vehicle and/or load, as follows:
