AN ACT to add new Section 51A to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Allegany County (1963 Edition, being Article 1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany County,"
subtitle "County Commissioners," to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 51 thereof, to authorize the Allegany County Commissioners
and the Allegany Economic Development Corporation to take cer-
tain steps toward the development of an Industrial Park, and relat-
ing thereto.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 51A be and it is hereby added to the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition, being Article 1
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany
County," subtitle "County Commissioners," to follow immediately
after Section 51 thereof, and to read as follows:
51A.
The Allegany County Commissioners may instruct the County En-
gineer, the County Planning Department, and other persons and
agencies subject to the Commissioners direction, to cooperate with
the Allegany Economic Development Corporation in the develop-
ment of an Industrial Park in Allegany County. These persons and
agencies so instructed shall provide preliminary engineering and
cost estimates and other services appropriate to the project. The
Allegany Economic Development Corporation shall determine what
funds may be available from, state and federal sources prior to re-
questing project approval from the County Commissioners. The
County Commissioners may provide funds as are necessary to obtain
options on desirable industrial sites.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1970.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 29-4 (b)
(17) of the Baltimore County Code (1968 Edition, as amended),
being Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland),
title "Baltimore County," subtitle "Title 29. Revenue Authority,"
subheading "Authority—Powers Generally" to exclude language
requiring conveyances of revenue authority projects to Baltimore
County absent county resolution to the contrary.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 29-4(b) (17) of the Baltimore County Code of 1968,
