Amendment to Senate Bill No. 3
By the Committee:

Amendment No. 2—In line 3 of the title of the third reading file bill,
12 after the words "shall be" delete the following "as prescribed by" and
insert in lieu thereof "whatever is consistent with".

Amendments to Senate Bill No. 3
Offered from the floor, by Delegate Connell:

Amendment No. 1—In line 1 of the title of the third reading file bill,
delete the words "add new Section 12 to" and insert in lieu thereof the
following: "repeal and re-enact, with amendments Section 3 of".

Which amendment was read and rejected.

Amendment No. 2—In line 3 of the title of the third reading file bill,
after the word "Usury," strike the balance of line 3, and all of lines 4
through 11, inclusive, and insert in lieu thereof the following: "changing
the maximum legal rate of interest in certain transactions."

Amendment No. 3—On page 1 of the third reading file bill, strike out
all of lines 1 through 19 of the preamble, and strike out all of lines 20
through 23, inclusive, on page 2 thereof.

ing file bill, delete the words "new Section 12 be and it is hereby added to"
