Amendments to Senate Bill No. 10
Offered from the floor, by Delegate Lady:
Amendment No. 1—In line 24 of the title on page 2 of the third read-
ing file bill after the word "institutions" insert the following: "; provid-
ing for the reservation of a percentage of State bond issues and desig-
nating certain groups who may subscribe thereto".

Amendment No. 2—Immediately following line 6 in. Section 2 of the
third reading file bill insert the following: "Section 3. As to State bonds
heretofore authorized and presently unissued, which, after the effective
date of this Act, are offered for sale, ten per centum (10%) of the bond
issue shall be offered to Maryland citizens, partnerships, corporations,
associations or organizations. If any of the reserved ten per centum (10%)
is unsubscribed after thirty (30) days of the offering, the remainder may
be offered for sale under the Act which authorized the bond issue."

strike out the numeral "3" immediately following the word "Sec." and
