Amendment No. 27—In lines 4 and 5 of Section l(d), page 6, imme-
diately under the title "Chapter 448 of the Acts of 1968" delete the
following: "[not exceeding in any case five per cent (5%) per annum]"
and insert in lieu thereof the following: "not exceeding in any case 8%
per annum".

Amendment No. 28—In lines 4 and 5 of Section l(d), page 7, imme-
diately under the title "Chapter 449 of the Acts of 1968" delete the follow-
ing: "[not exceeding in any case 5% per annum]" and insert in lieu
