Amendment No. 2—In line 4 on page 3, in the first paragraph of Sec-
tion l(d), immediately under the title "Chapter 72 of the Acts of 1962"
delete the following: "[not exceeding in any case 5% per annum]" and
insert in lieu thereof the following: "not exceeding in any case 8% per
annum".

Which amendment was read and rejected.

Amendment No. 3—In line 4, page 3, of the first paragraph of Sec-
tion l(d), immediately under the title "Chapter 539 of the Acts of 1963"
delete the following: "[not exceeding in any case 5% per annum]" and
insert in lieu thereof "not exceeding in any case 8% per annum".

Which amendment was read and rejected.

Amendment No. 4—In lines 4 and 5, page 3, of the first paragraph of
Section l(d), immediately under the title "Chapter 27 of the Acts of
1964" delete "[not exceeding in any case five percentum (5%) per
annum]" and insert in lieu thereof the following: "not exceeding in any
case eight per centum (8%) per annum".

Amendment No. 5—In line 4 of the first paragraph of Section l(d)
on page 3, immediately under the title "Chapter 138 of the Acts of 1964"
delete "[not exceeding in any case 5% per annum]" and insert in lieu
thereof "not exceeding in any case 8% per annum"; and in line 6 imme-
diately thereunder delete the bracket at the beginning of the line;
and in line 25 on page 4, delete "five and one-eighth per centum
(51/8%)" and insert in lieu thereof "eight per centum (8%)"; and in
line 33 immediately thereunder, delete the bracket at the end of the line;
and delete all of lines 15 through 20 of Section immediately thereunder
and insert in lieu thereof the following: "this section. No loan made
hereunder shall be made at a rate of interest greater than eight per
centum (8%)."

Amendment No. 6—In line 4, page 4 of Section l(d) immediately
under the title "Chapter 159 of the Acts of 1964" delete the following:

"[not exceeding in any case 5% per annum]" and insert in lieu thereof
the following: "not exceeding in any case 8% per annum".

Amendment No. 7—In lines 9 and 10, page 4 of Section l(d) imme-
diately under the title "Chapter 651 of the Acts of 1965" delete the follow-
