It is, therefore, urgently requested that House Bill 1323 which would

of Article 661/2 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Supplement),
title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Offenses and Prosecutions," amending the
laws concerning the payment of certain monies into the Motor Vehicle
Revenue Fund in order to provide a certain deduction therefrom to be paid
into the General Funds of the State.
