must come from the Commission's Construction Fund.

It is, therefore, urgently requested that House Bill 1323 which would
reduce the Commission's Construction Fund by an additional $1,468,529
be vetoed.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 341(d)

of Article 661/2 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Supplement),
title
"Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Offenses and Prosecutions," amending the

laws concerning the payment of certain monies into the Motor Vehicle

Revenue Fund in order to provide a certain deduction therefrom to be paid
into the General Funds of the State.

AN ACT TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 32 OF ARTICLE 89B OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF
MARYLAND (1968 SUPPLEMENT), TITLE "STATE ROADS," SUB-
TITLE "DISTRIBUTION AND USE OF GENERAL FUNDS," PRO-
VIDING FOR THE PAYMENT INTO THE GENERAL FUNDS OF
THE STATE OF CERTAIN REDUCTIONS MADE BY THE GENERAL
ASSEMBLY IN THE PROPOSED BUDGETS OF THE DEPARTMENT
OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND OF THE STATE ROADS COMMISSION
FOR GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS AND OPERAT-
ING EXPENSES.
