THIRD READING

The President laid before the Senate bills for a third reading as
follows:

Senate Bill No. 10—By the President:

Subject: ELIMINATING THE MAXIMUM LIMITATION ON
RATE OR RATES OF INTEREST ON STATE BOND ISSUES AND
ON LOANS TO CERTAIN INSTITUTIONS.

A motion was made by Senator Lapides, duly seconded, to recon-
sider the vote by which the rules were suspended to place Senate Bill
No. 10 on third reading.

Said motion was rejected by yeas and nays.

Senate Bill No. 10 was placed on third reading for final passage.

Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows:
