Senator Hughes asked that the rules be suspended in order to report
the following bill and two-thirds of the Senators-elect, voting in the affirm-
ative, the rules were suspended by yeas and nays as follows:

Subject: AMENDING THE LAW WHICH AUTHORIZED THE
ISSUE OF CERTAIN PUBLIC SCHOOL BONDS IN CAROLINE
COUNTY.

Amendment to House Bill No. 13
By the Finance Committee:

In line 4 of the title of the third reading file bill, strike out the word
"in" immediately following the word "bonds" and insert in lieu thereof
the following: "and nursing home bonds by".

Which amendment was read and adopted.

Favorable report, with amendment, adopted.

Read the second time and ordered passed to third reading.

Two-thirds of all the Senators-elect, voting in the affirmative, the
rules were suspended by yeas and nays as follows, and bill put upon its
third reading and final passage.
