House Bill No. 9—By the Speaker:
An Act relating to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, re-
pealing and re-enacting, with amendments, Section 83-66A of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition), being also
Section 71-12A of the Montgomery County Code (1965 Edition), being
Articles 17 and 16, respectively, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, titled "Prince George's County" and "Montgomery County,"
both subtitled "Washington Suburban Sanitary District," as said sections
were last repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, by Chapter 651 of
the Acts of 1969, relating to the maximum rate of interest which may be
paid on any bond, note, certificate of indebtedness or other evidence of
indebtedness to be issued by the Washington Suburban Sanitary District.

House Bill No. 10—By Delegate Boyer:
An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 3 of Chapter
733 of the Laws of 1968 to increase the maximum interest rate on bonds
issued under the Kent County school bonds issue authorized by this Chapter.

House Bill No. 13—By the Speaker:
An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 1 and 2 of
Chapter 100 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1969, amending the
law which authorized the issue of certain public school bonds in Caroline
County in order to remove therefrom certain references therein to a net
average interest rate thereon.

House Bill No. 14—By the Speaker:
An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 1 and 2
of Chapter 734 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1968 amending the
issue of certain public library and parking facility bonds in Caroline
County in order to remove therefrom certain references therein to a net
average interest rate thereon.

House Bill No. 15—By the Speaker:
An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 3 of Chapter
749 of the Acts of 1968, amending an authorization to the Board of County
Commissioners of Talbot County to borrow for certain public school pur-
poses in order to eliminate from this authorization a reference to the maxi-
mum rate of interest which may be affixed to the bonds.
