the following bill and two-thirds of the Senators-elect, voting in the affir-

A motion was made by Senator Lapides and duly seconded, to recon-
sider the vote by which the rules were suspended to place Senate Bill No.

was made the Special Order for Tuesday, December 16, 1969 at 8:35
o'clock P.M.

Taxes," subtitle "Admissions and Amusement Tax," to decrease the rate
of the Maryland Admissions and Amusement Tax with respect to certain
gross receipts and to provide for the distribution of the proceeds of the
