Orphans' Court, by a court of law. Where such request is made be-
fore the Orphans' Court has determined the issue of fact, the
Orphans' Court shall transmit the issues to a court of law. After
the determination of the issue, whether by the Orphans' Court or
after transmission to a court of law, the Orphans' Court shall enter
an appropriate judgment or decree. This Section shall not apply
where the estate is administered under the jurisdiction of a court
having general equity jurisdiction.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That the following sections of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as from time to time
replaced, amended and supplemented) be and they are hereby re-
pealed: Sections 33 to 37, inclusive, of Article 16 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume), title "Chancery,"
subtitle "Dower"; Sections 106 and 109 of said Article 16, subtitle
"Jurisdiction"; Section 138(b) of said Article 16, subtitle "Non
Compos Mentis"; Sections 157 and 158 of said Article 16, subtitle
"Sales"; Sections 197 and 197A of said Article 16, subtitle "Trustee";
Section 95 of Article 21 of said Code (1966 Replacement Volume),
title "Conveyancing," subtitle "Forms of Conveyancing"; Section 9
of Article 24 of said Code (1966 Replacement Volume), title "Costs";
Sections 6, 7, 8, 8A, 9, 10, 12 and 13 of Article 45 of said Code (1965
Replacement Volume), title "Husband and Wife"; Sections 1, 2, 3, 4,
