06.08.00.02 Salary Adjustments

General Fund Appropriation for
payments required as a result of
salary adjustments and manda-
tory Social Security and retire-
ment costs, the appropriation to
be allocated by budget amend-
ment to the various State agen-
cies as may be necessary to
supplement the agency appro-
priation.

General Fund Appropriation........................ 13,800,000

From Special and Federal Funds,
for payments required as a re-
sult of salary adjustment and
mandatory Social Security and
retirement costs. Authorization
is hereby granted to use Special
and Federal funds for this pur-
pose, in the amount of $4,511,-
548 to be payable out of reve-
nues and grants which are the
source of funds for the payment
of budget appropriations pay-
able out of Special and Federal
funds; this amount being esti-
mated and it being the intent
that the actual amount, whether
it be more or less, shall be made
available in allocating by budget
amendment to the various State
agencies the amounts necessary
to supplement the appropria-
tions.

06.08.00.04 Mandatory Overtime Payments

In addition to appropriation shown
on page 15 of the printed bill, to
provide for overtime payments
in accordance with the provi-
sions of the Federal Fair Labor
Standards Act in connection
with and contingent upon enact-
ment of H.B. 1151.
