SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET—FISCAL YEAR 1970

GENERAL, SPECIAL AND FEDERAL FUNDS
SUPPLEMENTATION FOR ANTICIPATED LEGISLATION

The following appropriations are contingent upon the enactment of
a tax program estimated to yield sufficient funds to balance the 1970
budget and to provide for deficits of preceding fiscal years.

1.               EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM OF THE

STATE OF MARYLAND

03.01.00.02 Retirement Contributions

To become available immediately
upon passage of this budget, to
supplement appropriations for
the fiscal year 1969 to provide
for an annual pension to John
Lancaster, former Caretaker of
the Old State House, St. Mary's
City, as follows :
Object .12—Grants, Subsidies

and Contributions....................           1,800

General Fund Appropriation........................           1,800

03.01.00.02 Retirement Contributions

In addition to appropriation shown
on page 4 of the printed bill, to
provide an annual pension to
John Lancaster, former Care-
taker of the Old State House,

Increase from one Clerk for Sec-
retary of Senate at $16 per
diem to two Clerk for Secre-
tary of Senate at $16 per diem           1,120
