Local Laws of Maryland), title "Cecil County," subtitle "Auctions,"
to follow immediately after Section 2 thereof, providing that any
person desiring to become licensed in Cecil County as an auctioneer
must file a surety bond with the Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 2A be and it is hereby added to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Cecil County (1961 Edition, being Article 8 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Cecil County,"- sub-
title "Auctions," to follow immediately after Section 2 thereof, and
to read as follows:

2A.

No person shall be issued an auctioneer's license unless he has filed
with the Clerk of the Circuit Court a bond in the amount of $5,000.00
for the use and benefit of any person, firm or corporation dealing
with him as auctioneer and conditional on his proper accounting,
payment and delivery of any monies or property entrusted to his
care and possession while acting as an auctioneer. The bond shall
be executed by a corporate surety licensed to do business in Maryland.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 8-48 of
Chapter 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick County,
(1959 Edition, being Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland), title "Frederick County," subtitle "Finance and
Taxation," subheading "Article V. County Auditor," as last
amended by Chapter 525 of the Acts of 1963, amending the law
with regard to the publication of the annual report of the county
auditor in Frederick County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 8-48 of Chapter 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Frederick County, (1959 Edition, being Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Frederick County," sub-
title "Finance and Taxation," subheading "Article V. County
Auditor," as last amended by Chapter 525 of the Acts of 1963, be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

8-48.

The county commissioners shall [, ] publish [at least two thousand
copies of] the annual report of the county auditor, which copies
shall be available at the Court House for interested citizens of the
County [, and shall levy sufficient taxes to pay for the cost of same].
