and all details not herein otherwise provided for with respect to the
form, issuance and sale thereof; said bonds shall be signed by the
President of the County Commissioners and by the Treasurer of
Charles County, and the seal of said County shall be affixed thereto.
Said bonds may be made registrable as to principal.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

CHAPTER 86
(House Bill 579)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 80E of
Article 100 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Supple-
ment), title "Work, Labor and Employment," subtitle "Discrimi-
nation," to reduce the minimum age from forty-five to eighteen
for discrimination in employment.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 80E of Article 100 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Supplement), title "Work, Labor and Employment," subtitle
"Discrimination," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

80E.

The prohibitions in this subtitle shall be limited to individuals who
are at least [forty-five] eighteen years of age but less than sixty-
five years of age.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

CHAPTER 87
(House Bill 616)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 90 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Harford County (1965 Edition,
being Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland),
title "Harford County," subtitle "Auctioneers," as last amended
by Chapter 475 of the Acts of 1967, to provide that auctioneers'
licenses in Harford County shall be issued by the County Office
of Permits and Licenses. AND TO ESTABLISH THE LICENSE
FEE FOR OUT OF STATE AUCTIONEERS AND TO IN-
CREASE THE BOND REQUIRED OF AUCTIONEERS.
