vided in Sections 152 to 156 inclusive, or if the license of such mem-
ber has been revoked on any ground set forth in Section 156.

Sec. 12. And be it further enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That Section 158 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition and 1965 Replacement Volume), title
"Health," subtitle "Anatomy Board," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

158.

(a)   Creation and composition.—The Anatomy Board of Maryland
is hereby created as part of the Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene
and shall consist of four members, two of whom shall be
members of the Department of Anatomy of the University of Mary-
land Medical School and two of whom shall be members of the
Department of Anatomy of the Johns Hopkins University School of
Medicine, to be designated by the administrative officers of said
medical schools, respectively. The Board shall file periodic reports
with the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene as the Secretary
may prescribe.

(b)   Compensation; selection of officers.—The said members shall
serve without compensation and shall biennially select one of its
members as chairman and one as vice-chairman, who shall act as
chairman in the absence or inability of the chairman.

Sec. 13. And be it further enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That Sections 257, 258 and 259 of Article 43 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, 1965 Replacement Volume
and 1968 Supplement), title "Health," subtitle "Commissioners of
Pharmacy," be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, all to read as follows:

257.

The Governor , upon the recommendations of the Secretary of
Health and Mental Hygiene,
shall appoint five persons to be Com-
missioners of Pharmacy, said Commissioners to constitute and to be
known as the Maryland Board of Pharmacy , which Board shall
constitute part of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
Said Commissioners shall be skilled and competent pharmacists, who
have had at least five years' active pharmaceutical experience in
compounding and dispensing physicians' prescriptions, and of whom
at least four are actively engaged in the practice of pharmacy. None
of said Commissioners shall be connected with any school of phar-
macy either as teacher, instructor, or member of the board of
trustees. Two of said Commissioners shall be residents of the City of
Baltimore, two residents of the counties of the State and the fifth
a resident of either the City of Baltimore or the counties of the State.
The persons serving as Commissioners on June 1, 1947, shall continue
to serve as such until the expiration of the term for which they have
heretofore been appointed and their successors are duly appointed
and qualified pursuant to the provisions of this section, and the
