An Act, To implement the provisions of Sections 504, 534, 535, 541
and 542 of the Baltimore County Charter as proposed to be amended
or added by Bill No. 72, 1968, by the County Council of Baltimore
County, Maryland, and to provide that this Bill shall take effect at the
same time as the said Bill No. 72, 1968, if said previous Bill is to be
adopted by the voters of Baltimore County by repealing and re-
enacting with amendments Sections 18-3, 18-11, 18-12.1, 18-13, 18-14,
18-15, 18-16, 18-17, 18-18, 18-20.1, 18-29, 18-29.2, 18-29.3, 18-33(b),
18-35, 18-37, 18-39, 18-42, 18-43, 18-44, 18-48, 18-49, 18-50 and 18-
51 (a) of the Baltimore County Code, 1958, as amended, Title "Motor
Vehicles and Traffic"; by repealing and re-enacting with amendments
Sections 19-3 (b), 19-3 (c), 19-5.3 (j), 19-10, 19-11, 19-15.1 (a), 19-15.2,
19-15.4 and 19-15.5 of the Baltimore County Code, 1958 (1966 Cumu-
lative Supplement), Title "Offenses—Miscellaneous"; by repealing
and re-enacting with amendments Sections 21-6, 21-8, 21-8.1, 21-9,
21-10, 21-12, 21-12.1, 21-13, 21-14, 21-16, 21-16.1, 21-17, 21-18, 21-19,
21-20, and 21-21 of the Baltimore County Code, 1958, as amended,
Title "Pensions and Retirement"; by repealing and re-enacting with
amendments Special Regulations Numbers 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.04, 1.05,
1.06, 1.07, 2.01, 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 207, 2.08, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12,

4.01,  4.02, 5.01, 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.05, 6.06, 6.07, 6.08(d), 6.10, 6.11,
6.12, 6.13, 6.14, 6.15, 6.16, 6.17, 6.22, 7.01, 7.03, 704, 7.05, 7.06, 7.08,

8.02,  9.02, 9.03, 10.01, 10.02, 11.01, 12.02 and 13.02 under Section
22-3.2 of the Baltimore County Code, 1958 (1966 Cumulative Supple-
ment), Title "Personal Act"; by changing the designation of Title 24
of the Baltimore County Code, 1958; by repealing and re-enacting
with amendments Sections 24-3, 24-13(a), 24-13(b) and 24-13A of
the Baltimore County Code, 1958 (1966 Cumulative Supplement),
Title "Police Bureau"; by repealing and re-enacting with amend-
ments Sections 29-12(a)3, 29-12(c) and 29-12(d) of the Baltimore
County Code, 1958 (1966 Cumulative Supplement), Title "Schools";
by repealing and re-enacting with amendments Section 35-3 of the
Baltimore County Code, 1958, Title "Administration," by repealing
and re-enacting with amendments Sections 40A-4 and 40A-6(a) of
the Baltimore County Code, 1958 (1966 Cumulative Supplement),
Title "Pawnbrokers"; by repealing and re-enacting with amendments
Sections 41-4 (Group 4) and 41-38.1 of the Baltimore County Code,
1958 (1966 Cumulative Supplement), Title "Pensions and Retire-
ment"; and by repealing and re-enacting with amendments Section
45-16 of the Baltimore County Code, 1958 (1966 Cumulative Supple-
ment), Title "Taxicabs."

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND, (five members thereof voting in
