people of the Town of St. Michaels and the public in general. He shall
perform such other duties as the commissioners shall from time to time
assign and shall be directly responsible to the commissioners.
E. Deputy Maintenance Engineer. Shall assist in the performance
of the duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer subject to
his direction and shall be responsible to the maintenance engineer and to
the commissioners of St. Michaels.
F. Sanitary Engineer. In addition to such other duties and powers
as the Charter may provide and the Council and the Commissioners may
by ordinance or resolution direct, it shall be the duty and the power of the
sanitary engineer to assume all responsibility for the maintenance of the
civic system and to perform such duties as the commissioners of St.
Michaels shall from time to time assign.
Section 2. And be it further enacted that the effective date of this
act shall be the fiftieth day following the approval of the aforesaid reso-
lution by the commissioners of the town of St. Michaels as hereinafter
set forth and the provisions for the Town Clerk, approval date, and the
three commissioners.

4th day of November, 1968, which became effective on the 24th day of
December, 1968.

A Resolution and Ordinance to Repeal Section 68-7 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Prince George's County, Maryland, (1963 Edi-
tion), titled "Seat Pleasant" and subtitled "Voters," and to Enact in
Lieu thereof a New Section to be known as Section 68-7 of said Code,
to stand in the place and stead of the Section so repealed, setting forth
the qualification of voters in municipal elections.
