NOTE

Thirty-one bills were vetoed by the Governor of Maryland fol-
lowing the 1969 regular session of the General Assembly. Six of
these bills originated in the Senate, and 25 of the bills originated
in the House of Delegates.

Following the provisions of Section 17 of Article II of the Con-
stitution of Maryland, all of the vetoed bills must be referred to the
House in which they originated immediately after that House has
organized at the next regular or special session of the General As-
sembly, for reconsideration.
