(h) Issuance of certificate after revocation or suspension. The
Beard shall not issue any certificate or any renewal thereof to any
person whose certificate has been revoked or suspended by the
Board except in conformity with the terms and conditions of the
certificate or the order or revocation or suspension, or in conformity
with any order or reinstatement issued by the Board or in accord-
ance with the final judgment in any proceeding for review.

(i) Appeal from decision by Board. Any person whose certificate
has been revoked or suspended by the Board, or any person placed
on probation under this section, may have a judicial review of the
Board's decision. He may enter an appeal to the Supreme Bench of
Baltimore City or in the Circuit Court in the county in which the
charges originated or in which the optometrist maintains his princi-
pal office and serve notice of said appeal on the Board within 30 days
after the filing of the certificate or of the revocation, suspension,
probation or reprimand.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.
