[Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of the Patuxent
River and the centerline of Brock Bridge Road, thence running
with the centerline of Brock Bridge Road southerly to the centerline
of State Road No. 197 or the Laurel-Bowie Road, thence leaving the
intersection of said centerlines and running across Montpelier Farm
southwesterly in a straight line to the intersection of the centerlines
of Muirkirk Road and the Fairspring or Old Stage Road, thence
southwesterly with the centerline of Fairspring or Old Stage
Road to the centerline of the Vansville, Swampoodle or Odell
Road, thence with the centerline of said road southeasterly to the
centerline of the East-West Highway, thence westerly with the
centerline of the East-West Highway to the centerline of the S.C.S.-
Swine Road,] Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of
Powder Mill Road and the Patuxent River, thence running south-
erly and westerly with the centerline of Powder Mill Road to the
centerline of the S.C.S.-Swine or Soil Conservation Road, thence with
the S.C.S.-Swine Road southerly to the centerline of the Glenn Dale
Road, thence westerly with the centerline of Glenn Dale Road to
the centerline of Bald Hill Branch, thence southerly with the center-
line of Bald Hill Branch to the centerline of Good Luck Road, thence
easterly with the centerline of Good Luck Road to the centerline
of 96th Avenue, thence southerly with the centerline of 96th Ave-
nue to the centerline of State Road No. 564 or the Lanham-Severn
Road, thence easterly with the centerline of Lanham-Severn Road
about 600 feet to a small branch, a tributary of Folly Branch,
thence southeasterly with the centerline of said small branch to the
centerline of Folly Branch, thence southerly with the centerline of
Folly Branch to the centerline of the old Washington, Baltimore and
Annapolis Railroad Right-of-Way, thence with the centerline of the
old Washington, Baltimore and Annapolis Right-of-Way southwest-
erly to the centerline of the National Defense Highway, thence with
the centerline of the National Defense Highway easterly to the center-
line of the Crain Highway, thence northerly with the centerline of
the Crain Highway to the centerline of the Patuxent River, thence
with the centerline of the Patuxent River northwesterly to the
point of beginning.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to add new Section 262B to the Charter and Public Local
Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," sub-
title "Criminal Court of Baltimore," to follow immediately after
Section 262A thereof, said Section 262A having been added by
Chapter 667 of the Laws of 1965, providing for the continuance
