subtitle "Salaries of Judges," repealing Sections 47(c-4) and 48
of Article 26 which authorized the supplementation of salaries of
certain judges of the circuit courts of certain counties.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 47(c-4) and 48 of Article 26 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1968 Supplement), title "Courts," subtitle "Salaries of
Judges," be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to add new Section 109(a) (59b) to Article 26 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume and 1968
Supplement), title "Courts," subtitle "Municipal Court of Balti-
more City," to follow immediately after Section 109(a) (59a)
thereof, to confer jurisdiction to the Municipal Court of Baltimore
City to try violators of rules and regulations promulgated during
times of riot, public crisis, disaster, etc., CATASTROPHE, OR
SIMILAR PUBLIC EMERGENCY, under Maryland Code, Article
41, Section 15B.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 109(a) (59b) be and it is hereby added to Article
26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume
and 1968 Supplement), title "Courts," subtitle "Municipal Court of
Baltimore City," to follow immediately after Section 109(a) (59a)
thereof, and to read as follows:

(59b).

Riot, public crisis, disaster, etc., CATASTROPHE, OR SIMILAR
PUBLIC EMERGENCY, violations under Maryland Code, Article
hi, Section 15B.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.
