no license shall be issued to any bowling alley, billiard hall, or drug-
store or to any restaurant located within said bowling alley, billiard
hall or drugstore.] except no such license shall be issued to, or for
use in conjunction with, or upon the premises of any bowling alley,
billiard hall or drugstore or to any restaurant located within said
bowling alley, billiard hall or drugstore, or for use upon any
premises which has a door, archway, opening or other passageway
providing direct public access to any bowling alley, billiard hall or
drugstore.
11. Beer license, Class D (on sale)—Generally.
(j) Montgomery County.—In Montgomery County the annual
license fee for such a license shall be two hundred and fifty dollars
($250.00), [except no license shall be issued to any bowling alley
or billiard hall or to any restaurant located within a bowling alley,
drugstore or billiard hall.] except no such license shall be issued
to, or for use in conjunction with, or upon the premises of any
bowling alley, billiard hall or drugstore or to any restaurant located
within said bowling alley, billiard hall or drugstore, or for use upon
any premises which has a door, archway, opening or other passage-
way providing direct public access to any bowling alley, billiard
hall or drugstore.
13. Beer and light wine license, Class A (off sale).
(i) Montgomery County.—In Montgomery County the use of the
word "wine" shall not prohibit the sale and delivery under this
license of wines properly labeled, respectively, "Light Port," "Light
Sherry," "Port," "Sherry," "Angelica," "Madeira," and "Muscatel,"
as defined by the Federal Alcohol Administration. The annual license
fee for such a license shall be one hundred twenty-five dollars
($125.00), [except no license shall be issued to any bowling alley,
billiard hall, or drugstore or to any restaurant located within said
bowling alley, drugstore or billiard hall.] except no such license
shall be issued to, or for use in conjunction with, or upon the
premises of any bowling alley, billiard hall or drugstore or to any
restaurant located within said bowling alley, billiard hall or drug-
store, or for use upon any premises which has a door, archway,
