(b) PenaltyAny person who shall violate any provisions of this
subtitle shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
may be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or im-
prisoned not more than (1) year, or both.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

CHAPTER 626
(Senate Bill 759)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 23 (a) of
Article 1A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Aeronautics," subtitle "General Provisions,"
amending the laws concerning the registration of persons who
pilot an aircraft within this State in order to remove a provision
for annual registration.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 23 (a) of Article 1A of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1968 Replacement Volume), title "Aeronautics," subtitle "Gen-
eral Provisions," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

23.

(a) Subject to the limitations of subsections (c) and (d) of this
section, the Commission shall require that every individual who
pilots an aircraft within this State shall register [annually] with
the Commission and shall give notification of any change of address.
The Commission may charge for such registration, a fee not exceed-
ing three dollars.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969. 1970.

CHAPTER 627
(Senate Bill 771)

AN ACT to add new Section 577B to Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume), title "Crimes and
Punishments," subtitle "Trespass," to follow immediately after
Section 577A thereof, providing that persons who are not bona
fide, currently registered students, staff or faculty of the Univer-
sity of Maryland or of , any of the State Colleges , ANY COM-
MUNITY COLLEGE, OR ANY PUBLIC SCHOOL WITHIN THE
STATE and who have no apparent lawful business to pursue at
the institution, or who are acting in a manner disruptive of or
disturbing to the normal educational functions of the institution,
