chandise by such devices as are commonly designated as paddle
wheels, wheels of fortune, chance books, bingo, or any other gaming
device, provided, however, that any carnivals, bazaars, or raffles
shall be managed by the members of such group, organization or
corporation personally through its members.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 32B of
Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement
Volume), title "Courts," subtitle "Circuit Courts for the Counties—
Court Stenographers," making provision for one additional judge
for the sixth judicial circuit, and relating generally thereto.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 32B of Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1966 Replacement Volume), title "Courts," subtitle "Circuit Courts
for the Counties—Court Stenographers," be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
32B.
In addition to the six judges for the sixth judicial circuit for
which provision is made by Section 21 of Article 4 of the Constitu-
tion of Maryland and in addition to the one judge for which pro-
vision was made in Chapter 894, 1965 Laws of Maryland, there shall
be, in addition to the two additional judges for which provisions were
made in Chapter 450, 1966 Laws of Maryland, one additional judge
who shall be a resident[s] of Montgomery County. Said judge[s]
shall be selected in the manner provided by Section 5 of Article 4
of the Constitution of Maryland and shall be subject to all of the
provisions of the Constitution and laws relating to the sixth judicial
circuit and the several judges thereof.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.
