Chapter 449 of the Acts of 1968
4. [That the sum of Sixty-five Thousand Dollars ($65,000), or so
much thereof as may be necessary.] That so much thereof as may
be necessary, shall be paid by the Treasurer of the State upon the
warrant of the Comptroller out of the proceeds of the sale of said
bonds or Certificates of Indebtedness for the payment of the expense
of engraving, printing and other outlays connected with the issue of
the loan hereby authorized, and for the payment of the advertising
directed by this Act, and all other incidental expenses connected with
the execution of its provisions in connection with said loan.

4. [That the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), or
so much thereof as may be necessary.] That so much thereof as may
be necessary, shall be paid by the Treasurer of the State upon the
warrant of the Comptroller out of the proceeds of the sale of said
bonds or Certificates of Indebtedness, for the payment of the ex-
pense[s] of engraving, printing and other outlays connected with
the issue of the loan [here] hereby authorized, and for the payment
of the advertising directed by this Act, and all other incidental ex-
penses connected with the execution of its provisions in connection
with said loan.

AN ACT to repeal Section 13 of Article 78B of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume), title "Racing Commis-
sion," subtitle "In General," and to enact a new Section 13 in lieu
thereof, to stand in the place of the section repealed, to provide for
the filing by those licensed to hold racing meets of statements under
oath of receipts, expenses and disbursements: that an audit shall
be made of all papers, books and records of every person, firm,
association or corporation licensed to hold racing meetings in the
