brand or trademark of the products which they desire to sell to-
gether with the name and address of the manufacturer SUPPLIER
thereof and that all such products are in conformity with the speci-
fications established by the Comptroller of the Treasury. , AS PUR-
CHASED FROM THE SUPPLIER. AND HE WILL MAKE NO
ALTERATION TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT RECEIVED FROM
THE SUPPLIER.

157F. Registration, of Dealers. WHOLESALER.

Every motor fuel dealer, WHOLESALER, diesel fuel seller, heat-
ing oil distributor, manufacturer, refiner, wholesaler, jobber, and
retail service station company operator or lessee operator DEALER
before marketing gasoline and special fuels shall be required to be
registered with the Comptroller of the Treasury before selling or
exposing or offering for sale any gasoline, other motor vehicle fuels
or special fuels and shall be required to register annually and shall
make known to the Comptroller his desire to sell gasoline and special
fuels giving the name and manner and kind of pump or pumps he
will use and the location of same, and shall keep the certificate or
certificates of registration issued by the Comptroller of the Treas-
ury, posted in a prominent and accessible place in his place of busi-
ness where such gasoline and special fuels are sold. The form of
such certificate shall be designated by the Comptroller of the
Treasury.

157G. Gasoline and Special Fuel Containers, Labels and Delivery.

Every person, firm or corporation delivering at wholesale or retail
any gasoline in this State, shall deliver the same to the purchaser only
in trucks, tank wagons, tractor trailers, tanks, barrels, cans, motor
vessel, barge, tank car, aircraft or other containers having the words
"gasoline" and "flammable" plainly stenciled or labeled thereon.
Except for underground tanks, every purchaser of gasoline for use
or sake SALE shall procure and keep the same only in tanks, barrels,
cans or other containers having the word "gasoline" stenciled or
labeled thereon.

Every person, firm or corporation delivering at wholesale or retail
any special fuels in this State shall deliver same to purchaser only in
trucks, tank wagons, tractor trailer, tanks, barrels, cans, motor ves-
sel, barge, tank car, aircraft or other containers having the word
"kerosene," "heating oil" or "diesel oil" plainly stenciled or labeled
thereon and every person purchasing same for use or sale shall pro-
cure and keep the same in tanks, barrels, cans or other containers
stenciled or labeled as heretofore provided, except that this provision
shall not apply to underground tanks.

Nothing in this section shall prohibit the delivery by pump of
gasoline and special fuels into the tank of any automobile o
