(b) Commission on inheritance tax.—For receiving and paying
over any inheritance tax due the State, the register of wills shall be
allowed a commission of twenty-five per centum of said inheritance
tax, and the register of wills shall be allowed a commission of twenty-
five per centum upon the amount received of the tax on executor's
and administrator's commissions so paid over.

ARTICLE 67

(h) Section 1 of Article 67 of said Code (1967 Replacement
Volume), title "Negligence Causing Death":

Whenever the death of a person shall be caused by wrongful act,
neglect or default, and the act, neglect or default is such as would
(if death had not ensued) have entitled the party injured to main-
tain an action and recover damages in respect thereof, the vessel or
