NATION OF HUMAN PREGNANCY OTHER THAN
BY A LICENSED PHYSICIAN IN A HOSPITAL AC-
CREDITED BY THE JOINT COMMISSION FOR AC-
CREDITATION OF HOSPITALS AND LICENSED BY
THE STATE BOARD OF HEALTH AND MENTAL
HYGIENE; OR

(2)    GIVES ADVICE, COUNSEL, OR INFORMATION FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CAUSING, INDUCING, OR OB-
TAINING A TERMINATION OF HUMAN PREG-
NANCY OTHER THAN BY SUCH PHYSICIAN IN
SUCH A HOSPITAL; OR

(3)    KNOWINGLY ASSISTS OR CAUSES BY ANY MEANS
WHATSOEVER THE OBTAINING OR PERFORMING
OF A TERMINATION OF HUMAN PREGNANCY
OTHER THAN BY SUCH PHYSICIAN IN SUCH A
HOSPITAL.

(B) ANY PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF
THIS SECTION, UPON CONVICTION, IS SUBJECT TO A
FINE OF NOT MORE THAN FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
FOR EACH OFFENSE, OR TO IMPRISONMENT FOR NOT
MORE THAN THREE YEARS, OR BOTH SUCH FINE AND
IMPRISONMENT. THE PENALTIES IN THIS SECTION ARE
IN ADDITION TO AND NOT IN SUBSTITUTION FOR ANY
OTHER PENALTY OR PENALTIES APPLICABLE TO PAR-
TICULAR CLASSES OF PERSONS UNDER OTHER LAWS
OF THIS STATE.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this Act applies
to, or affects the prosecution or penalty for, any event or occurrence
prior to the effective date of this Act.

Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to add a new Section 59-83(g) to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition and 1967 Supple-
ment, being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Prince George's County," subtitle "Park and Plan-
ning Commission," to follow immediately after Section 59-83(f)
thereof, said new Section being added to the Montgomery County
Code 1965, as said Section 70-89(g), title "Montgomery County,"
subtitle "Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commis-
sion," amending the laws concerning the Maryland-National
Capital Park and Planning Commission within Prince George's
County with particular respect to amendments to zoning regula-
tions and for an amendment to the zoning map and to zoning
