being Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Harford County," subtitle ''Circuit Court," subheading "Salary
of Judges," be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 7. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts of laws,
public general or public local, inconsistent with the provisions of
this Act are hereby repealed to the extent of any such inconsistency.
Sec. 8 2 7. And be it further amended, That this Act shall take
effect July JUNE 1, 1968.

(House Bill 21)
AN ACT to repeal Section 145 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1966 Supplement), title "Health," subtitle "Practi-
tioners of Medicine," and to enact a new Section 145 in lieu
thereof, to stand in the place of the section so repealed, revising
the provisions concerning disciplinary action against practicing
physicians in this State, establishing a Commission on Medical
Discipline to handle such disciplinary matters, and relating gener-
ally to disciplinary action taken against physicians in this State.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 145 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1966 Supplement), title "Health," subtitle "Practitioners of Medi-
cine," be and it is hereby repealed and that a new Section 145 be and
it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the
section so repealed, and all to read as follows:
145.
(a) Commission. The Commission on Medical Discipline of Mary-
land, hereby established and hereafter referred to in this section
as the Commission, shall consist of the following persons:
The President of the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of the State
of Maryland.
The Immediate Past President of the Medical and Chirurgical
Faculty of the State of Maryland.
The President elect of the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of the
State of Maryland.
Two practicing physicians appointed by the Governor of the State
of Maryland, selected from a list submitted by the Medical and
Chirurgical Faculty of the State of Maryland, such list having been
composed from a list of nominees submitted by Component Societies
of the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty AND TWO OTHER
LICENSED PRACTICING PHYSICIANS OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND APPOINTED BY THE GOVERNOR OF THE
STATE OF MARYLAND.
