other provisions or applications of the Act which can be given effect
without the invalid provisions or applications, and to this end the
provisions of this Act are declared to be severable. If any section,
paragraph, clause or sentence of this Act shall, for any reason, be
adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitu-
tional and invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair, or in-
validate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its opera-
tion to the section, paragraph, clause, or sentence thereof so found
to be unconstitutional and invalid.

149-O. Prior authority or instrument.

Nothing in this Act shall invalidate any authority or instrument
executed prior to July 1, 1968.

149P. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the Anatomical Gift Act.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

subtitle; to repeal and re enact, with amendments, Sections 49 and
