SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 107 of Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1966 Replacement Volume), title "Courts," subtitle "Municipal
Court of Baltimore City," be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
107.
The Municipal Court of Baltimore City shall consist of a chief
judge and ten associate judges as provided for by Article IV Section
41C of the Constitution of this State and [five] six additional asso-
ciate judges.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to authorize the creation of a State debt in the aggregate
amount of Fifty one Million Ninety-eight Thousand One Hundred
Dollars ($51,098,100) FIFTY-SEVEN MILLION, SEVEN HUN-
DRED SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND AND SIX HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($57,779,600), the proceeds thereof to be used for cer-
tain necessary building, construction, demolition, planning, deferred
maintenance and equipment purposes of this State, for acquiring
certain land and options in connection therewith, and providing
generally for the issue and sale of Certificates of Indebtedness
evidencing such loan, and, for the purposes of this Act, modifying
the provisions of SECTION 9 OF CHAPTER 743 OF THE ACTS
OF 1965, SECTION 10 OF CHAPTER 504 OF THE ACTS OF
1966, Section 8 10 of Chapter 759 of the Acts of 1967 and
the provisions of Section 341 (d-3) of Article 66½ of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume).
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Board of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to
issue a State loan, to be known as the "General Construction Loan of
1968", in the aggregate sum of Fifty-one Million Ninety eight Thou-
sand One Hundred Dollars ($51,098,100) FIFTY-SEVEN MILLION,
SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND AND SIX
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($57,779,600).
The certificates evidencing said loan may be issued all at one time
or, in groups, from time to time, as hereinafter provided. All of said
certificates evidencing said loan, or any group thereof, shall be issued
according to what is known as the serial annuity plan so worked out
as to discharge the principal represented by said certificates within
