of $352,600.

(House Bill 51)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Subsection (e)
of Section 1(70) of Chapter 780 of the Laws of Maryland, 1959,
being also Subsection (e) of Section 59-75, Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition), Title "Prince
George's County," subtitle "Park and Planning Commission,"
and Subsection (e) of Section 70-81, Montgomery County Code
(1965 Edition), Title "Montgomery County," subtitle "Maryland-
National Capital Park and Planning Commission," to clarify the
authority of the Montgomery County Council and the Prince
George's County Commissioners to require street dedication as
a condition for approval of a subdivision plat by the Commission.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Subsection (e) of Section 1(70) of Chapter 780 of the Laws
of Maryland, 1959, as amended, be, and is hereby, repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(e) Street dedication. The Commission shall have the power to
